![]() ![]() I've built the PC from the zero, so all the hardware pieces were putted together. The only hardwares that got when I start using the PC were my razer naga mouse, reddragon keyboard and my logitec C920 webcam. So I don't know what hardware could done thatģ) Have you recently (before the bsod's started) updated any drivers? If not, try downloading and installing the latest driver for your display adapter (get the driver from the website of your display adapter manufacturer). ![]() My PC is from Feb/16 so all drivers should be updated, I've sent my PC to the store that I bought and the guys installed a ssd driver and they said that this would resolve the problem (witch didn't), they made some test like FurMark, Speccy and Memtest for hours and they didn't found anything. They are saying that the problem can be on the I7 and I should replace this one for a new one.The symptom is the machine will lock up and the only way out is to power off, then restart. It usually happens to be when the computer is sitting idle, but not always. The machine is left on 24/7 and it seems to happen two or three times a day. I recently tried replacing the power supply, to no avail. Note: it crashed as I was writing this post. Here are some instructions I received from that previous thread.ġ) Please start a new thread and post a link into this thread.Ģ) Run the administrative command prompt command to collect files zip post a share link.ģ) Open the website for the computer or motherboard manufacturer support enter the product or serial number or model select the operating system view drivers post a URL or hyperlink into the thread.Ĥ) Indicate whether the computer has been overclocked.ĥ) If there were BSOD then open file explorer this PC C: in the right upper corner search for C:\windows\memory.dmp. I never get the BSOD, just a machine lock-up. The minidump file is there, but it is empty. ![]()
